This resource aims to strengthen youth–adult partnerships and amplify youth voice in everyday practice.

Erin and Michael will cover:

  • What the Adult Ally Toolkit includes
  • How to adapt its tools, stories, and podcasts to support meaningful youth engagement
  • Practical ideas and next steps for using the toolkit

Erin has a progressive neuromuscular disorder that has shaped her passion for disability advocacy. She is committed to transforming systems for young advocates and serves as a public speaker, youth engagement consultant and media producer.

Michael serves as a mentor and member on numerous state and federal advisory boards and projects. Michael’s lived expertise within the mental health system, as a brain injury survivor, and professional experiences give him unique insight into helping others and creating positive change.
