Sensory-Friendly Storytime at Champaign Public Library
Join the library for a monthly inclusive and interactive storytime featuring songs, sensory play and socialization
The Champaign Public Library will host Sensory-Friendly Storytime on Sept. 16 from 6:30 to 7:15 p.m. Sensory-Friendly Storytime meets on the third Tuesday of each month.
This monthly storytime welcomes children needing extra sensory support and families looking for a more adaptive storytime experience.
Each storytime is filled with:
- Stories
- Songs
- Sensory play
- Socialization
The library also offers this Youth Social Story to prepare for visiting the children’s area of the library.
All library events are free.
