Children’s Orthopedic Clinic in Du Quoin

A free orthopedic assessment clinic in Du Quoin for children and teens

The South District Elks Lodges in cooperation with the Illinois Elks Children’s Care Corporation are sponsoring a free children’s orthopedic assessment clinic on Nov. 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Dr. Alan Froehling from Mount Vernon will assess pediatric bone and joint development in children and youth. The diagnostic services clinic is free for children and youth up to the age of 18. No medical referral is necessary.

Consider making an appointment if your child has:

• Feet pointing out or in
• Complaints of back, knee, leg and/or ankle pain
• A back curvature

Physicians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or a second opinion. School nurses are also welcome to refer children and families.
