DESCRIPTION:A free virtual training on special education legal rights for p
 arents\, caregivers and professionals working with children who have heari
 ng and/or vision concerns and their families\n\nIllinois School for the De
 af Outreach will host a live training on "Special Education Legal Rights" 
 on Zoom on Sept. 28 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.\n\nThis training will cover the 
 Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)\, Section 504 and the A
 mericans with Disabilities Act (ADA).\n\nParticipants will also learn abou
 t and discuss topics including:\n\n 	Legal rights and responsibilities und
 er the IDEA\n 	The Individualized Education Program (IEP)\n 	Advocacy stra
 tegies\n 	Conflict resolution and more\n\nThis free training is open to pa
 rents\, caregivers and professionals working with infants\, toddlers and c
 hildren who have hearing and/or vision concerns and their families.\n\nSee
