 ion: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) for this two-part "Pathways to Possibilit
 ies" webinar series.\n\nYouth with disabilities\, their families and profe
 ssionals will learn about key resources\, strategies and support for trans
 ition planning across the different stakeholder groups.\n\nThe series will
  begin with "Part 1: The Essentials – A Cross-Roles Guide to NTACT: C’
 s Greatest Hits" on July 31 from 1 to 2 p.m.\n\nParticipants will explore 
 resources that support quality transition planning across stakeholder grou
 ps. From assessment tools to interagency collaboration frameworks\, this 
 session will provide an introduction to:\n\n 	Using NTACT:C resources to s
 upport effective secondary transition planning for youth with disabilities
 \n 	Understanding how various stakeholder groups can use these resources t
 o promote informed planning and self-determination\n 	Navigating the NTACT
 :C website to locate essential resources aligned with each stakeholder’s
  role in the transition process\n 	Using NTACT:C tools to help foster inte
 ragency collaboration and shared responsibility in transition planning\n\n
