 ly Matters Parent Training and Information Center is hosting "Educational 
 Surrogate Parent Training" on March 24 at 9 a.m.\n\nAn Educational Surroga
 te Parent (ESP) advocates on the student’s behalf in the special educati
 on process when a child with disabilities doesn't have parent/guardian rep
 resentation and is in the care of the state of Illinois.\n\nWebinar partic
 ipants will receive ESP training and understand their important role in he
 lping children and youth receive appropriate special education services.\n
 \nESP volunteers are needed in all counties of Illinois.\n\nRegister for t
