 TIC) will host "Back-to-School Success for Students with Disabilities: Too
 ls for a Smooth Transition" on Aug. 13 from 10 to 11 a.m.\n\nIs your child
 \, student or client with a disability ready to return to school after sum
 mer break?\n\nStart the year strong with this in-depth training featuring 
 evidence-based strategies to prepare for a confident and supported school 
 transition.\n\nParticipants will learn about:\n\n 	Recognizing post-summer
  regression\n 	Determining if Extended School Year (ESY) services are need
 ed\n 	Re-establishing daily routines and promoting social-emotional readin
 ess\n 	Reviewing and updating Individual Education Programs (IEPs)\, 504 P
 lans and response to intervention (RTI) supports\n 	Using the Charting the
  LifeCourse One-Pager to elevate student voice and personalize supports\n\
