 to learn about resources and find help for navigating the transition to ad
 ulthood\n\nMenta Academy Belleville (The Menta Education Group) will host 
 a Transition Fair on May 8 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.\n\nThe Transition Fair wi
 ll provide a supportive environment where transition-aged special educatio
 n students and their families can explore:\n\n 	Resources and information\
 n 	Potential career paths\n 	Educational programs\n 	Community services\n 
 	Independent living options\n\nBe sure to stop by the Division of Speciali
 zed Care for Children's display. We'll have copies of our Transition Toolk
 it (the toolkit is also available in Spanish) and answer any questions abo
