DESCRIPTION:Have a blast making connections and learning about community re
 sources\, disability services and adaptive recreation opportunities!\n\nJo
 in the Bolingbrook Arts Council\, Northern Will County Special Recreation 
 Association (NWCSRA)\, Bolingbrook Park District and other sponsors for th
 e third annual "Celebration of Special Recreation" on Oct. 5 from 11 a.m. 
 to 3 p.m.\n\nPeople of all ages and abilities will enjoy making connection
 s\, learning about community resources and trying out a wide variety of sp
 ecial recreation and adaptive activities.\n\nThis free event will feature:
 \n\n 	A resource fair with local vendors of disability services\n 	Vision 
 screenings\n 	Book mobile\n 	Adaptive rock climbing\n 	Beep Baseball for t
 he visually impaired\n 	Horse meet and greets\n 	NWCSRA sensory room\n 	Ta
 bletop sensory clay play\n 	Wheelchair basketball\, sit volleyball and Goa
 lBall\n 	Wheelchair rugby demonstration\n 	ZotArtz black light adaptive pa
 inting and more!\n\nParticipants can also enjoy free popcorn\, hot dogs an
 d snow cones.\n\nRepresentatives from the University of Illinois Chicago's
  Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) will provide information
  about our programs for children and youth with special healthcare needs a
 long with coloring books\, pens and other goodies. Bring your questions an
