 f youth/adults with spina bifida.\n\nJoin the Illinios Spina Bifida Associ
 ation for its Statewide Educational Conference at Morton College in Cicero
  on July 21.\n\nIllinois State Treasurer Michael Frerichs will give a lunc
 htime keynote presentation on ABLE accounts and college savings plans.\n\n
 All are welcome. Presentations will be geared to adults with spina bifida 
 and parents of youth/adults with spina bifida.\n\nPresentation topics (s
