 tal Disabilities Ages 9-22 in Ingleside
DESCRIPTION:Overnight camp opportunities for children and young adults with
  intellectual disabilities ages 9 to 22\n\nSpecial Camps is an overnight\,
  all-volunteer-run camp for children and adults with intellectual disabili
 ties.\n\nWhile families and caregivers get a week-long respite\, trained s
 taff and 24-hour nursing provide a safe place for campers to explore:\n\n 
 	New opportunities\n 	Independence and self-esteem\n 	Friendships\n\nSpeci
 al Camps will host an overnight camp session for children and young adults
  on June 15 to 20. This session is for campers ages 9 to 22. The camp will
  divide youth into groups for ages 9 to 13 and ages 14 to 23.\n\nCampers w
 ill enjoy activities including:\n\n 	Swimming in a heated pool\n 	A rope c
 ourse\, climbing wall and zipline\n 	Archery and outdoor sports\n 	Canoein
 g and fishing\n 	Arts and crafts\n 	Hayrides\, campfire songs and s’more
 s\n\nThe cost is $400 per session. Scholarships are available for campers
