DESCRIPTION:Free webinar on understanding behavior\, changing behavior and 
 writing a Behavior Intervention Plan for Spanish-speaking parents of child
 ren with disabilities\n\nThe Arc of Illinois will host "Plan de Comportami
 ento" on April 17 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.\n\nPresenter Maria Castillo is a 
 bilingual parent trainer at the Family Resource Center on Disabilities (FR
 CD).\n\nMaria will help parents understand Functional Behavior Assessment 
 (FBA) and how to:\n\n 	Identify the underlying cause of a behavior\n 	Deve
 lop new and appropriate replacement behaviors\n 	Write a Behavior Interven
 tion Plan (BIP)\n\nMaria's experience includes helping individuals with tr
 ansition and postsecondary education to adulthood and advocating for numer
