SUMMARY:Outreach Clinic for Student Physicals and Immunizations in Palmyra
DESCRIPTION:Outreach clinics for students' physicals and immunizations are 
 happening in every Macoupin County school district\n\nIn August\, the Maco
 upin County Public Health Department (MCPHD) will provide outreach clinics
  for students' physicals and immunizations. Clinics will take place in eve
 ry Macoupin County school district.\n\nIn Illinois\, children entering pre
 -K\, kindergarten\, sixth\, ninth and 12th grades have exam and immunizati
 on requirements.\n\nThe Macoupin County Medical Mobile Unit will provide p
 hysicals and immunizations on Aug. 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Northw
 estern School District in Palmyra.\n\nSports physicals for youth in sixth 
 through 12th grade will also be available.\n\nSchedule your appointment fo
 r the Northwestern School District clinic.\n\nThe clinic will schedule app
 ointment times in the order it receives requests. MCPHD staff will contact
  individuals to confirm appointment times. You may receive an appointment 
 time different from the time you requested.\n\nAppointments are required.
   The clinic will not accept walk-ins.Registration for each clinic will c
 lose the week before the clinic date.\n\nThe full Macoupin County outreach
  clinic schedule is:\n\n 	Aug. 8 from 3 to 6:30 p.m. at Bunker Hill School
  District in Bunker Hill\n 	Aug. 11 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Carlinville School
  District in Carlinville\n 	Aug. 12 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. North Mac School
  District in Virden\n 	Aug. 29 from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Gillespie S
 chool District (immunizations only) in Gillespie\n 	Sept. 10 from 8:30 a.m
 . to 12 p.m. at Mt. Olive School District in Mt. Olive\n
