  Matters Parent Training and Information Center (FMPTIC)\, the Illinois As
 sistive Technology Program (IATP) and The Arc of Illinois' Ligas Advocate 
 Program for "School Team Transition Success: Understanding Key Resources" 
 on June 17 from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.\n\nGain the tools and knowledge you n
 eed to support students with disabilities as they transition to adulthood.
 \n\nThis hands-on session will equip parents and guardians\, school transi
 tion teams\, and other educators with key resources and tools for supporti
 ng transition-age students. The half-day session will cover:\n\n 	An intro
 duction to PUNS\n 	Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver supports\n 	Ch
 arting the LifeCourse tools\n 	Tips for having conversations about the fut
 ure\n 	Creative assistive technology programs\n\nParticipants can also ent
