DESCRIPTION:Join the Southern Illinois University Carbondale's Touch of Nat
 ure Outdoor Education Center in Makanda for "Haunted Hollow" on Oct. 19 fr
 om 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nHaunted Hollow offers family-friendly Halloween fu
 n for people of all ages and abilities. Enjoy laughs and gasps in a safe a
 nd welcoming environment!\n\nTouch of Nature is wheelchair and stroller-ac
 cessible. A parent or guardian must accompany children to the event.\n\nHa
 unted Hollow will offer a mix of free and ticketed attractions. Free acti
 vities will include:\n\n 	A haunted cabin (not too scary)\n 	Fall-themed g
 ames and crafts\n 	A"creepy crawlers" exhibit where kids can learn about a
 nd even handle snakes and bugs!\n\nThe following activities will require t
 ickets:\n\n 	Rock wall\n 	Giant swing\n 	Pumpkin painting\n\nThe Hayride a
 ttraction is $3 per rider and is sold separately. Lap riders 3 and under a
 re free. Hayride tickets are first-come\, first-served and sell out quickl
 y. Please arrive early to ensure you get a seat.\n\nThe Haunted Hollow wil
 l take place rain or shine. Please dress for the day’s weather.\n\nSome 
 Touch of Nature activities require a signed waiver to participate. You can
  print and complete it ahead of time for yourself and your family members 
 to save time at check-in. Waivers will also be available on-site.\n\nVisit
