DESCRIPTION:A free event offering a wide range of transition workshops and 
 resources for students with disabilities and their families in Madison\, R
 andolph and St. Clair counties\n\nThe Madison-Randolph-St. Clair County Tr
 ansition Planning Committee and Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) are h
 osting the "G.R.E.A.T. Event IEP Transition Resources Fair" on Sept. 19 fr
 om 4 to 7 p.m.\n\nHead to the main gym on SWIC's Belleville campus for the
  G.R.E.A.T. Event (Gathering Resources for Excelling Adults in Transition)
 !\n\nThis free event will feature Individualized Education Program (IEP) a
 nd transition resources and workshops on:\n\n 	Education and employment\n 
 	Guardianship\n 	Housing options\n 	Insurance benefits\n 	Trust and ABLE a
 ccounts\n\nBe sure to stop by the Division of Specialized Care for Childre
 n (DSCC) booth to learn about our Transition Toolkit. Our representatives 
 will also answer questions and share information about our statewide servi
 ces and programs for children and youth with special healthcare needs.\n\n
