SUMMARY:Free Virtual and In-Person Family Sign Language Classes
DESCRIPTION:Free virtual and in-person sign language classes in English and
  Spanish running from August through September\n\nThe CHS (Chicago Hearing
  Society) is offering free Family Sign Language classes. In-person and vir
 tual classes will run from August through September in both English and Sp
 anish.\n\nPlease refer to the Family Sign Language class schedule for meet
 ing dates and class details.\n\nClass instructors are deaf and communicate
  using American Sign Language (ASL) and written English (or Spanish). The 
 classes will not use any sound or audio.\n\nThese classes are free to fami
 ly members of children from birth through high school who are deaf\, deafb
 lind or hard of hearing. Extended family members are also welcome.\n\nYou 
 do not have to be an Illinois resident to participate.\n\nAll classes take
  place from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.\n\nThere are two VIRTUAL class level options
  in English:\n\n 	Family Beginners (English/virtual) is on Mondays\, Aug. 
 5 to Sept. 16\, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. This class is for anyone new to sig
 n language or who needs more practice with vocabulary and putting together
  simple sentences.\nRegister for the virtual Family Beginners class.\n 	Fa
 mily Beyond Beginners is on Thursdays\, Aug. 8 to Sept. 12\, from 6:30 to 
 7:30 p.m. This level is for individuals who know some sign language and wo
 uld like to practice phrases and sentences.\nRegister for the Family Beyon
 d Beginners class.\n\nThe in-person Family Beginners class will meet at CH
 S. Its office is at 2017 N. Mendell\, Suite 3NE\, in Chicago:\n\n 	Family 
 Beginners (English/in-person) is on Wednesdays\, Aug. 7 to Sept. 11\, from
  6:30 to 7:30 p.m.\nRegister for the in-person Family Beginners class.\n\n
 A virtual beginner's class is also available for Spanish speakers/ Clase d
 e español familiar.\n\n 	The virtual Spanish Family Sign Language Class i
 s on Tuesdays\, Aug. 6 to Sept. 10\, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.\nRegister for 
 the virtual sign language class in Spanish.\n\nIf you have questions about
