DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation's free podiatry clinic for youth with foot and ankle concerns 
 will be on Dec. 5 from 12 to 1 p.m.\n\nDr. Steven Yescheck will assess you
 th for pediatric bone and joint development at Cortese Foot &amp\; Ankle C
 linic. The clinic is designed for children and teens up to the age of 18. 
 You do not need a medical referral.\n\nConsider making an appointment if y
 our child has:\n\n 	Foot pain\n 	Ankle pain\n 	In- and out-toeing\n\nPhysi
 cians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or
  a second opinion.\n\nThere is no charge for services performed at the cli
 nic. You will need to have an appointment to attend.\n\nYou can schedule a
 n appointment by calling the Elks Children's Care Program at (800) 272-007
 4\, Monday through Friday\, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.\n\nThe Elks offer clinic
 s throughout Illinois and may provide financial assistance to children whe
