DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation's free orthopedic clinic will take place on Dec. 18 from 9 to 
 11 a.m.\n\nThe clinic is an ideal time to have your child checked for any 
 concerns related to bone and joint development. Dr. DeVault will see child
 ren and youth up to age 18 for concerns including:\n\n 	Complaints of back
 \, knee\, leg\, or ankle pain\n 	Complaints of joint pain\n 	In- and out-t
 oeing\n\nThere are no charges for any clinic services. You'll need to make
  an appointment to attend.\n\nYou do not need a medical referral. Physicia
 ns are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or a 
 second opinion.\n\nYou can schedule an appointment by calling the Elks Chi
 ldren's Care Program\, Monday through Friday\, at (800) 272-0074 between 9
  a.m. and 4 p.m.
