DESCRIPTION:A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with
  bone and joint development concerns\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care 
 Corporation and Sarah Bush Lincoln Bonutti Orthopedic Clinic are providing
  a free orthopedic clinic on Dec. 11 from 8 to 9 a.m.\n\nThe clinic is ope
 n to children and youth up to age 18. Dr. Timothy Gray will conduct exams 
 and assess concerns related to bone and joint development.\n\nYou may want
  to make an appointment if your child has:\n\n 	Bone and joint development
  concerns\n 	Complaints of back\, knee\, leg\, or ankle pain\n 	A back cur
 vature\n\nThere are no charges for any services performed at the clinic. Y
 ou'll need to make an appointment to attend. You do not need a medical ref
 erral.\n\nPhysicians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a spe
 cific reason or a second opinion.\n\nYou can schedule an appointment by ca
 lling the Elks Children's Care Program at (800) 272-0074\, Monday through
