 ving your overall health\n\nThe Lincoln Park District will host the "Eleva
 te Your Wellness Expo" on March 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.\n\nThe expo is op
 en to anyone who wants to learn more about area resources for mental and p
 hysical wellness.\n\nActivities will include:\n\n 	Participating in demons
 trations\n 	Speaking with local health and wellness professionals\n 	Learn
 ing about a wide variety of community resources\n\nBe sure to stop by the 
 Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) table! Our representative
  will happily answer your questions and share how our programs help childr
 en and youth with special healthcare needs and their families.\n\nThe expo
  is free. You do not need to register to attend.
