DESCRIPTION:A virtual forum for all families of children with special healt
 hcare needs and disabilities to share their feedback and experiences\n\nFa
 mily input is important to us at the Division of Specialized Care for Chil
 dren (DSCC).\n\nOur Family Advisory Council (FAC) provides an opportunity 
 for families to share their feedback and help us promote the delivery of p
 articipant- and family-centered services.\n\nThe council connects families
  to resources and provides guidance to strengthen DSCC's teamwork\, improv
 e communication and empower families to have a voice in their child's care
 .\n\nOur next FAC meeting is an open forum for all Illinois families of ch
 ildren with special healthcare needs. You do not have to be a DSCC partici
 pant to attend.\n\nThe open forum will be on Zoom on May 8 from 9 to 11 a.
 m.\n\nPlease note live Spanish translation will be available during the op
 en forum.\n\nRegister to attend the FAC's May 8 open forum.\n\nIf you have
