 ortant to us here at the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC).
 \n\nOur Family Advisory Council (FAC) provides an opportunity for families
  to share their feedback and help us promote the delivery of participant- 
 and family-centered services.\n\nThe council connects families to resource
 s and provides guidance to strengthen DSCC's teamwork\, improve communicat
 ion and empower families to have a voice in their child's care.\n\nOur nex
 t FAC meeting is an open forum for all Illinois families of children with 
 special healthcare needs. You do not have to be a DSCC participant to atte
 nd.\n\nThe open forum will take place on Zoom on May 9 from 9 to 11 a.m. P
