  Elks Children's Care Corporation are sponsoring a free children's orthope
 dic assessment clinic on Nov. 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.\n\nDr. Alan Froehling fr
 om Mount Vernon will assess pediatric bone and joint development in childr
 en and youth. The diagnostic services clinic is free for children and yout
 h up to the age of 18. No medical referral is necessary.\n\nConsider makin
 g an appointment if your child has:\n\n 	Feet pointing out or in\n 	Compla
 ints of back\, knee\, leg and/or ankle pain\n 	A back curvature\n\nPhysici
 ans are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or a
  second opinion. School nurses are also welcome to refer children and fami
