 o age 18 in Mt. Vernon\n\nThe Illinois Elks Children's Care Corporation is
  sponsoring a free children's orthopedic clinic on Dec. 4 from 11 a.m. to 
 1 p.m.\n\nThe clinic is with Dr. Alan Froehling at the Neuromuscular Ortho
 paedic Institute.  The exam is free\, but you must have an appointment.\n
 \nConsider making an appointment if your child has:\n\n 	In- and out-toein
 g\n 	Complaints of back\, knee\, leg and/or ankle pain\n 	A back curvature
 \n\nThe clinic is for pediatric and teenage children to assess pediatric b
 one and joint development. There is no charge for any diagnostic services 
 at this clinic. You don't need a medical referral.\n\nYou can schedule an 
 appointment by calling the Elks Children's Care Program Monday through Fri
