DESCRIPTION:A summer day camp program for youth ages 6 to 22 with disabilit
 ies\n\nJoin Belvidere Park District (BPD) Special Recreation for Camp Hori
 zon\, a summer day camp program for individuals ages 6 through 22 with dis
 abilities.\n\nThis year's theme is “Full STEAM Ahead!" Weekly sessions w
 ill run from June 2 to Aug. 15. Campers can attend full-time (five days)\,
  part-time (three days) or with summer school.\n\nSessions will run from 7
  a.m. to 6 p.m. on:\n\n 	June 2 to 6\n 	June 9 to 13\n 	June 16 to 20\n 	J
 une 23 to 27\n 	June 30 to  July 3\n\n“Full STEAM Ahead!" features a ne
 w theme each week. Campers ages 6 to 22 will enjoy swimming\, field trips 
 and activities focusing on science\, technology\, engineering\, art and ma
 th\, such as:\n\n 	Outer space\n 	Weather events\n 	Wacky experiments\n 	W
 ater activities\n 	Nature\n\nAll campers will receive a t-shirt.\n\nSee th

 d other details.\n\nCaregivers must attend the Camp Horizon Mandatory Pare
 nt Meeting and Camper Ice Cream Social on May 28 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Camp
 ers are also encouraged to attend.\n\nRegister online for Camp Horizon.\n\
