DESCRIPTION:A free event for families featuring fun and connections to the 
 support and services that the Birth-to-3 program and community offer\n\nJo
 in Mattoon Community Unit School District 2's "Birth-to-3 Community Block 
 Party and Resource Fair" on June 12 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.\n\nThis event f
 ocuses on having fun\, learning and connecting families to the many resour
 ces offered through the Birth-to-3 program and community.\n\nThe event at 
 the LIFT Building parking lot will feature:\n\n 	Representatives from more
  than 30 area organizations\n 	Resources\n 	Games\n 	Activities and more!\
 n\nOur Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will 
 be there to explain how we can help children and youth with special health
 care needs and their families. They will answer your questions and provide
  information about our programs. Please be sure to stop by our table!\n\nF
 ood trucks will be on site. The first 500 attendees will receive a free ho
