DESCRIPTION:Free community resource fair for people with disabilities of al
 l ages and their families/caregivers and friends\n\nJoin the Transition Pl
 anning Committee (TPC) of Boone\, Ogle\, and Winnebago counties (TPC North
 ern Illinois) for the "2025 TPC Disability Community Resource Fair" on May
  13 from 4 to 6 p.m.\n\nThis family-friendly event is for individuals of a
 ll ages with disabilities\, their families/caregivers\, and anyone interes
 ted in learning about a wide range of services and supports.\n\nSpend time
  connecting with nearly 40 agencies and talk with representatives who can 
 help you:\n\n 	Explore recreation opportunities\n 	Learn about education a
 nd employment programs and supports\n 	Find health\, housing\, employment 
 and transportation options\n\nAn Instant Language Assistant (ILA) device w
 ill be available for families that need translation services. The ILA can 
 translate up to 400 languages and dialects.\n\nFood will also be available
  for purchase.\n\nThe event is free and open to the public. Please enter t
 hrough the civic center doors on the west side of the building.\n\nSee the
