DESCRIPTION:Annual family-focused event dedicated to learning about resourc
 es and strengthening the cerebral palsy community\n\nJoin the Washington U
 niversity School of Medicine\, Department of Neurology\, for Cerebral Pals
 y (CP) Family Day on June 8 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.\n\nCP Family Day is an e
 vent for families who are patients at the St. Louis Children’s Hospital 
 Cerebral Palsy Clinic and Mobility Center. The event is co-planned with in
 dividuals who have CP and driven by community partners from various discip
 lines to help families with children with CP connect and learn together.\n
 \nCP Family Day will provide:\n\n 	A welcoming space where caregivers can 
 connect and share experiences\n 	Presentations on and resources for helpin
 g children and families reach their goals\n 	Plenty of opportunities for a
 sking questions and getting answers\n 	Activities for you and your child t
 o enjoy the beautiful and accessible garden\n\nOur Division of Specialized
  Care for Children (DSCC) staff will have a table and speak during the bre
 akout sessions. You can join the presentation or stop by our table to to l
 earn about our programs and how our free care coordination can support Ill
 inois children and young adults with special healthcare needs and their fa
